Why People Resist Change, But Not Tools

https://d2q0qd5iz04n9u.cloudfront.net/_ssl/proxy.php/http/gallery.mailchimp.com/5ae6988006a007a2ae1bf16fc/images/Obstacles_free_8577168_s.jpgWould you agree with the following?

If so, the you will want to catch this 10:04 video clip from a presentation by Dr. Goulston on why most change management programs don't work and will not work, but why the same people that resist such programs will be open to easily usable tools that immediately produce positive results.

To find out about 4 such tools created by Heartfelt Leadership that people will immediately try because they produce rapid results contact us at: Heartfelt Leadership.

Also to friends of Heartfelt Leadership, we are looking for introductions to "think tanks" that:

  • are open to listening to paradigm shifting approaches to culture change, collaboration and transformation
  • are not hampered by "not invented here" inertia in hubris' clothing
  • are eager to collaborate with approaches that complement their intellectual property
  • are passionate about learning and love the joy of discovery
  • are filled with positive, enthusiastic people
  • don't have any toxic, a-hole (a.k.a. heartless) personalities, no matter how brilliant they are
If you can connect us with such "think tanks" we would be greatly appreciative. And if you can please contact us at: Heartfelt Leadership.
